Yes, I know you have got a crush on him and want to talk to him. But did he tell you how grateful, he is because of the time you spent there or that he is glad to have met you. Did he complement on your looks or your conversational style or any of your features. If not my dear girls its time to move one from this guy.
Remember girls have got more options than boys because the population of females is much less as compared to that of males in India. The guy might not be really interested in you. The reasons for which will be forever unknown. You might have spend days thinking about him, for him you could be a wink away from being dissolved into a far memory.
